WHY PEST CONTROL AND PUBLIC HEALTH PROTECTION?
Everybody on earth has the right to live in a clean, wholesome, and pest-free environment. Unfortunately, it is not always the case. Despite the fact that bacteria and other micro-organisms are beneficial to the sustainability of the environment and are essential to the equilibrium and biodiversity of the ecosystem, these days and due to human activity, these organisms are considered as pests and are threatening our health.
Due to overpopulation, many green areas have literally shrunk and even disappeared in some regions, generating disproportion in our ecosystem. In addition, human activity, such as bad waste disposal management, has led to pest infestation which has become a major health-threatening issue in our community. One of the major health hazards is the impact of urban pests. This problem can be overcome with effective pest control management and application of good practices, including prevention.
